At JAN WIRE (जन वायर), accuracy and credibility are the foundation of our journalism. We are committed to verifying information before publication and combating misinformation by following a transparent and responsible fact-checking process.
Our Fact-Checking Process
Verification Before Publishing
Every news report is reviewed using reliable and credible sources, including official government statements, public records, press releases, verified documents, and direct interviews whenever possible.
Multiple Source Confirmation
For important or sensitive stories, our editorial team cross-checks information with multiple independent and trustworthy sources before publishing.
Image and Video Verification
Photos, videos, and social media content are carefully examined to confirm their authenticity. We make every effort to identify altered, misleading, or out-of-context visual content before it is published.
Corrections and Updates
If any published information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete, JAN WIRE will promptly investigate the issue and update, correct, or clarify the content. Significant corrections will be made transparently to maintain reader trust.
Combating Misinformation
We do not knowingly publish false, misleading, manipulated, or unverified information. Claims circulating on social media or other digital platforms are independently verified before being reported.
Editorial Independence
Our fact-checking process is independent of political, commercial, or external influence. Editorial decisions are based solely on verified evidence and public interest.
Reader Feedback
We encourage readers to report factual errors or questionable information. Every genuine concern is reviewed by our editorial team, and appropriate action is taken if necessary.
